Delivery & Returns


We aim to process and ship your order within 3 working days of confirming your order, but please allow 14 days before contacting us.

Your order will be delivered within the time specified when you place your order.

Should your order be likely to be delayed (such as where items are out of stock), we will contact you. If you have any queries regarding the shipping of your order, please contact us at spares@drawmer.com, or by telephone on +44 (0) 1709 527 574.

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery, and ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

Refunds & Returns

Whilst we hope you will be delighted with your order, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on products returned to us within 14 working days of receipt, provided that returned products are in their original, unopened and unused condition. If you wish to return an item you can do so from your account. Alternatively you can phone or email us. Your statutory rights are not affected.

When you return a product to us because you have cancelled the contract between us within the 14 working day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding the delivery charges for sending the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

When you return a product to us for any other reason, (for example because the product is defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund or replacement product via email within a reasonable period of time.

If we offer a refund we will usually process any refund due to you under section 8.3 of the terms & conditions as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the date we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the postage cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
